- What do I need to bring with me?
Don’t forget your swimming costumes! We provide lockers, robes and towels. If you’d like to bring flip flops please do so although we have them on hand at a small charge of £3 should you wish.
- Do I need to schedule my lunch?
No, we do that for you as part of your day. Any amendments can be made on arrival. Please note your spa day lunch includes 2 courses. Drinks, sides and desserts will need to be paid for additionally directly with the restaurant.
- Do you accept cash?
Unfortunately not, we are a cashless business.
- What time is my treatment?
We will provide you with your schedule details upon arrival. Should you wish for a specific time please email or call us at Spa Reception and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- What age restrictions are there for the Spa?
Access is available to over 18’s only for Spa Days. We do however allow children splash times from 7am – 9am and 3pm – 5pm for our smaller residents.
- Do you have a sample of the lunch menu?
